Any service person, worth their salt, knows that you need to receive training to get started and gain knowledge from experience.  When your experience is limited, lean on a network which can fill the information gaps.  Supported by dedicated factory personnel, mirrored data (service sees what the factory sees with schematics, product sheets, mechanical specs) by using the latest in digital tools accessed at the station with mobile devices.   We do not want you to arrive at a piece of equipment, with the customer breathing down your neck, and not be in the know.
