PSN is there to provide expert guidance from shipment to installation. PSN personnel provide shipment and delivery logistics, field technician coordination and thorough onsite training. This engaged step by step approach ensures smooth system delivery from the factory to the job site.
FIELD SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Ongoing support for the life of your pump station is just as critical as the purchase and installation. PSN provides crucial and timely technical support and coordination of warranty claims, scheduling preventative maintenance and winterization and other system operation issues.
AFTERMARKET PARTS AND UPGRADES
Just like automobiles, pump station mechanical parts can wear over the years. PSN service partners can provide an assessment and quote for after market parts and station upgrades to both Watertronics and other pump station brands. Watertronics has developed specific retrofit components kits to upgrade existing competitor systems. This unique ability makes updating obsolete equipment affordable and painless.

PSN field technicians are not on their own when facing technical challenges. Our in-house PSN factory support team has an average of 21 years of technical industry experience. Backed by an extensive knowledge base and a ready reference library of historical data, they are a great resource for trouble-shooting, maintenance, system upgrades, and more. We fully support our PSN field technicians to ensure that all service provided meets our customers’ expectations and Watertronics’ standard of excellence.
The PSN field technician calibrates the pump station to the water distribution piping system with the assistance of the system operator. The field technician completes the startup checklist including checking all connections on the station and within the panel, confirming motor rotation, recording incoming power readings per phase and additional data that is archived in the PSN installation database for future reference. Station performance including capacity and pressure are verified, pump sequencing including EBV operation is confirmed and any special programming is tested. Station telemetry and connectivity is verified as a final step of system commissioning.
Training includes recommended normal operation, standard system adjustments, control system alarm diagnoses and reset functions. Other important training includes system do’s and don’ts and safety procedures. Preventative maintenance visits are scheduled at this time.
